The salary cap breach by the Melbourne Storm does NOT affect Tips, Results or Ladders in NRL Tipping Competitions.

You can still Tip the Melbourne Storm to win a match; and if they do, you'll receive points for a correct Tip as set-up in your Tipping Comp's Rules.
